Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself time to check in, lounge in our Signature Tea Room sipping a cup of tea or lemon water, to decompress, breathe and prepare for your wellness journey!
We request that all pagers and cell phones be silenced in order to maintain our serene environment.
Robe and slipper service is available when scheduled for more than 1 service.
We suggest that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home. Wellness At Work and Adagio Day Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Should you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please let us know when booking your appointment.
If you are pregnant, or think you may be pregnant, please let us know when booking the appointment. We have three certified prenatal therapists who are experienced and trained to give you the most comfortable and safe treatment. In addition, we ask for your attending doctor's approval, via fax, prior to scheduling the session. Please call for more information.
To receive the greatest benefit from your treatment, communicate any specific requests to your technician.
Do not shave 24 hours prior to any body polishing treatment.
If scheduled for any facial waxing, stop use of Retin-A at least 48 hours prior to treatment. (Accutane users cannot be waxed).
Cancellation & Lateness Policy: Because your appointment is reserved especially for you, we request 24 hour notice for all cancellations. We understand that sometimes there is no choice but to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, which means we may have to shorten the service time, so as not to infringe on the next client's scheduled appointment.
Methods of Payment:
Cash, Checks with picture ID, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover/Novus and Gift Certificates/Cards.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be presented upon arrival.
Returned checks fee is $35.00.
