Wellness At Work, LLC is health promotions programs company, providing individual massage, bodywork and skin care services at our new day spa, Adagio Day Spa & Tea Room, in Abington, Pennsylvania.


In addition, our specialty is work site wellness, providing simple and effective ways to enhance employee performance, reduce absenteeism and encourage a healthy lifestyle while in the workplace.

Our licensed certified, insured body workers and licensed professionals are experienced in providing the finest in body and skin care services. We have been serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware since 1992. Many of our massage therapists are Nationally certified; and all of our Massage Therapists, Estheticians and Nail Techs are licensed in the State of Pennsylvania.

The corporation is managed by Susan Lynn Shaw, Principal of Wellness At Work,  LLC. Susan has been a certified massage therapist since 1992, with extensive experience in both the physical aspects of the massage discipline, as well as in the psychological aspects of stress.
